July 14
A deputy was dispatched to a residence on Old Delaware Road on a disabled vehicle blocking a driveway. The deputy responded to the scene and after multiple attempts to contact the registered owner of the vehicle, by phone and in person, the vehicle was towed away from the scene.

A complainant arrived at the Centerburg Substation with two small children which she located walking alone. A deputy responded and contact was made with the mother of the children. A report was completed to be sent to Children’s Services for follow-up and documentation.

An individual reported misuse of a credit card in the 22000 block of Coshocton Road. A report was filed and is currently under investigation.

July 15
A complainant contacted the Sheriff’s Office in reference to a disturbance between her and another individual. Both individuals were trespassed from the other’s properties and warned on their conduct. A report was made to document the incident and a report was sent to the city law director for review.

Deputies were advised of a reckless driver heading northbound on State Route 13. Deputies observed the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The driver provided false identifying information and it was discovered that the driver had an active warrant. The driver was subsequently arrested and transported to the Knox County Jail.
