Deputies were dispatched to Centerburg on a domestic violence. A complainant stated his girlfriend had punched him in the side of the head following an argument. Deputies interviewed both parties and the female half was taken into custody. Nothing further at this time.
A deputy received a call from a female complainant living in Gambier, wanting to file a report of possible menacing and telecommunication harassment. The complainant advised that her brother, who resides in Fairfield County, Ohio, has been sending threatening and harassing messages over the phone. A report was written and will be sent down to the City Law Director’s Office for review of possible charges.
