Our companies work throughout Central Ohio in Knox, Coshocton, Delaware, Licking, Morrow, and Richland Counties. We work Monday through Friday.
Small’s Sand & Gravel opened in the mid 1970s and has grown into the 4-division family-owned business it is today, including 3 generations of Small’s.

Truck Dispatcher Assistant with Clerical/HR duties Job Description:
A wide range of office skills required including:
- excellent computer knowledge
- Use software for truck tracker software for weighing trucks
- Use software for ready-mixed concrete software for batching ready-mix concrete trucks
- Microsoft office programs, Word and Excel
- Quickbooks
- customer service in person and phone orders for gravel and ready-mix concrete
- human resource, new employees and training
- truck maintenance records, PUCO records
- Emailing and scanning
- Supply ordering
- including many other daily tasks
Job Requirements:
- Be able to work in a fast paced multi-tasking environment
- Must have Computer experience
- Valid Driver’s License with Safe Driving Record, preferred
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol screen
- Strong work ethic with a desire to succeed and Team work
