June 22

  • Checked on the well-being of a citizen – Trail Dr.
  • Trespassing – in the 100 block of East Main St.

June 23

  • While conducting drug intervention patrol, an officer observed flames in the backyard close to a residence with a person attempting to extinguish the flames with a fire hose but wasn’t gaining control over the flames, The officer called for the fire department to respond who extinguished the flames – in the 300 block of Chester St.
  • John D. Ball age 22 of Danville was arrested on a felony arrest warrant and transported to the Knox County Jail
  • Assisted Mt. Vernon P.D. in attempting to locate an individual who had fled on foot from an officer – in the 100 block of South Norton St.
  • While conducting drug interdiction patrol, an officer observed a suspicious vehicle w/persons and checked them out – in the 10 block of Pittsburg Ave.
  • Dwayne Bradley age 48 of Barberton was arrested on a felony arrest warrant and transported to the Knox County Jail

June 24

  • Checked on the well-being of a citizen – Middle & North Alley, Brinkhaven
  • Assisted the Fire Department – in the 600 block of McIntosh Dr.
  • Residential alarm – in the 800 block of Fairway Dr.
  • Alexander J. Holt age 21 of Danville was issued traffic citations for no motorcycle endorsement and no taillights

June 25

  • Suspicious vehicle w/persons – Bridge of Dreams, Brinkhaven
  • Suspicious vehicle w/person – in the 14000 block of Millersburg Rd.
  • Harassment – in the 100 block of Linwood St.
  • Disturbance – Main St., Brinkhaven
  • Kody L. Matheny age 24 of Brinkhaven was issued traffic citations for OVI and no license plate light

June 26

  • Suspicious person – in the 20 block of West Washington St.
  • K-9 unit assisted the sheriff’s office by conducting a K-9 sweep of a vehicle for the presence of illegal drugs/contraband w/positive hit – Coshocton Rd.
  • Road rage – Main St.
  • Vandalism – in the 100 block of East Main St.

  • Unsecured business – North Market St.
  • Business alarm – West Washington St.
  • Found wallet, returned to owner – North Market St.
  • Suspicious vehicle w/person – St. Rt. 514, Greer
  • Checked on the well-being of a citizen – in the 100 block of East Main St.
  • Report of computer scam – in the 15000 block of Chapel Rd.
  • Report of credit card misuse – in the 100 block of Main St., Brinkhaven
  • Disorderly adult male – in the 500 block of South Market St.
