The Service Manager would be responsible for scheduling repairs and ordering parts for the service department. There would also be customer interaction to either diagnose or schedule a service, or occasionally a service call for the customers equipment. Upon occasion, they would need to help with the parts shipments as they come in. They would be responsible for keeping the shop lined up with jobs, calling customers with a quote if the repair is going to be more than expected, and making sure final billing is correct. Bonuses based on shop performance are available.
Customer service skills are required. Prefer some equipment repair experience, good common sense, and minimal computer skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $51,000.00 per year
