June 1
Deputies were requested by Fredericktown EMS on the report of a disturbance on Roberts Road.
A complainant advised that he was involved in a physical altercation with the suspect (his brother). Deputies spoke to both parties about the incident and the suspect, Curt M. Purdy Jr., was arrested and charged with domestic violence and assault. A protection order was issued.
A caller reported she believed her dad was drunk and she was in the back seat of the truck. A deputy responded along with Chief Weckesser to the location of Young’s Locker, Danville, Ohio and made contact with the father and child (caller).
Unit 1 was traveling northbound on Tucker Road when he failed to yield at the intersection of Tucker Road and New Delaware Road. Unit 1 struck Unit 2 as he entered the intersection. Unit 2 was traveling westbound on New Delaware Road.
June 2
Deputies were dispatched to the area of East Knox High School on the report of a vehicle stopped in the middle of the roadway with unresponsive occupants. The two elderly occupants were subsequently hospitalized for mental health treatment and a report was completed for documentation.
