...A cluster of thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact
portions of southeastern Richland, southern Ashland and Knox
Counties through 930 AM EDT...

At 851 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of thunderstorm
extending from Ashland to Mount Vernon, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Torrential rainfall.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Ponding of water on roadways and frequent lightning. Minor
         flooding is possible.

         Locations impacted include... Mansfield, Ashland, Mount
         Vernon, Lexington, Loudonville, Fredericktown, Gambier,
         Bellville, Centerburg, Danville, Hayesville, Butler,
         Perrysville, Lucas, Jeromesville, Martinsburg, Mifflin,
         North Liberty, Rowsburg and Bladensburg.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
