Title:
Staffing Specialist/Recruiter
We are looking for a Staffing Specialist/Recruiter to source, interview, select and hire qualified job candidates for our clients, using a collaborative approach.
-Conduct intake meetings with clients to understand business needs and agree on qualification criteria for candidates
-Prepare recruitment materials
-Author and publish job/position ads on careers pages, job boards and social media
-Source and contact passive and active candidates, and seek additonal referrals
-Network with candidates during job fairs and other gatherings
-Screen resumes and job applications to identify candidates for open work orders
-Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
-Interview and assess individuals, and provide clients shortlists of qualified potential hires
-Update clients on search progress and hiring status
-Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
-Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
-Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations
-Conduct training and orientation sessions
-Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good business relations
-Design brochures, marketing collateral, and sales scripts to attract prospective clients
-Market service and revenue-generating opportunities in our geographic areas of focus
-Conduct phone calls, email campaigns, and in-person sales-and-marketing visits with clients and prospects
Preferred Qualifications:
-1+ year working experience in a related field (Recruitment HR, Sales, or relevant industries)
-Experienced Professionals (including sales, teaching, HR) / Military veterans / Recent college graduates
-Bachelors or Associates Degree in related field preferred, but not required
-Comfort with ambiguity and ambition
-Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
-Strong decision-making skills
-Self-confident and self-starting
Compensation:
-Base Salary will be dependent on experience
-Plus Uncapped Commissions, paid Monthly
