TMVG Subscription Emails and Spectrum Customers



 

It has come to our attention that our Spectrum customers may have their subscription emails being moved to their junkmail folder.

 

Please be sure to check there and, from Spectrum’s webmail interface, be sure to select the email and choose “MARK AS NOT SPAM”.

 

After doing this, you may discover that the email is subsequently moved to the SPAM folder (this makes no sense, we know).

 

Follow the same process again and the email will be moved to your regular inbox.

 

At this time, we are hoping that this will address the issue going forward.

 

If this is not the case, please feel free to call Spectrum and let them know you choose to receive this email, and it is not spam, or junk.

 

Perhaps if enough people call, it will send out the message that this is a subscription email, and to treat it accordingly.

 

If you are receiving the subscription email, and no longer wish to do so, please be sure to click the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of your email to be taken through the cancellation process. It is quick and painless.
