February 7
Deputies received a call of a theft from a vehicle. The complainant had reported that on February 6, 2022 he had observed two males via his surveillance system cutting a catalytic converter off of his vehicle. After speaking with the complainant he said he would forward the information to Deputies.

February 9
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in Mt. Vernon, Ohio, on a suicidal threats call. Upon arrival,
deputies spoke with the non-offense victim. They were then transported to KCH where they were pink slipped.

BHP called and requested deputies assistance at one of their client’s residence. Deputies responded and made contact with the client who was transported to the hospital for a mental health evaluation.

Deputies responded to a threats call at an address on Walhonding Road. Action was taken on scene with regard to the safety of those involved. A report of the incident will be taken.

A caller reported someone stealing a traffic cone and stop sign from their driveway. The matter is currently under
investigation.

February 10
Deputies were dispatched to a possible disturbance at a residence on Murray Road. The complainant called in stating that her husband and step-son were actively fighting each other and needed deputies to respond. Upon arriving at the residence, deputies observed a vehicle attempting to leave and proceeded to initiate a traffic stop on the vehicle. The step-son, Joseph G. A. Seymour II, was then arrested on an outstanding warrant and transported to the Knox County Jail without incident. Family members at the residence refused to write statements or press charges at this
time.
