Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Newark Road on a possible domestic violence. The complainant called 911 stating that his girlfriend had just assaulted him with a broom, causing injuries to his head and arms then fled the residence in her vehicle. The female, Heather A. Mick, was located in the Village of Utica and placed under arrest for domestic violence and assault. A deputy then transported Mick to the Knox County Jail and released her to jail staff without incident.
A complainant/victim reported she believes her ex-husband is stalking her. A stalking packet and witness statement form were given to the victim. The victim requested a report to start documenting the incident.
