Much of our own tooling and equipment is engineered and manufactured in-house, including single- and multi-tube benders, CNC bending equipment, brazed product assembly equipment and plastic forming and assembly equipment. The utilization of Sanoh’s technology and experienced worldwide network allows Sanoh-America to excel in the ever-changing automotive market by adapting to the needs of our strategic business partners.

We are currently hiring for dependable and talented PART-TIME entry level production operators for all shifts (1st, 2nd and 3rd)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Safe and efficient operation of production equipment and processes for which the associate has been qualified for
  • Maintain and report all production, efficiency, scrap, and capability data daily, per the requirements of the job assigned
  • Understand and adhere to all job instructions for any production process for which the associate has been qualified on or is training on
  • Observe and support all Sanoh America safety, housekeeping, and conduct policies
  • Understand and maintain all quality specifications for all production processes for which the associate has been qualified on or for which they are being trained on
  • Train for additional production processes, as required by supervisor or designee
  • Train other Sanoh-America associates on any production process, as required by supervisor or designee
  • Other tasks may be required as directed by Management.

Work Environment:

  • Hours: Monday – Friday
    1. As a PART-TIME Associate we offer flexible work schedules on all shifts
    2. PART-TIME associates are required to work less than 30 hours per week
  • Our production facility is state of the art and CLIMATE CONTROLLED unlike many of the factories located in or around the Mount Vernon Area
  • Our production facility is SAFE & CLEAN
  • Personal Protective Equipment: Safety Glasses and Masks are the only requirements for our production environment (No steel toe boots, No hard hats/bump caps, and No Respirators)
  • Dress Code: No uniforms are required.  Shorts & T-Shirts are acceptable as long as they comply with the Sanoh-America dress code standards.
  • Enormous BREAK ROOM with AVI Market and self-service Kiosks!

 Pay and Benefits:

  • Sanoh-America offers a competitive benefit package
    1. Pay Rate: $14.40 per hour
    2. $.25 Shift Differential for 2nd and 3rd shift
    3. Pay increases after 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years
