Offenses

December 15
An officer responded to People’s Bank in reference to a fraud call.

An officer responded to a theft complaint on Shirley Avenue.

December 16
Officers responded to North Gay Street in reference to a stolen package. the caller was a neighbor who witnessed the incident. The caller stated the suspect was a younger male. Units were unable to locate the male at this time.

Units responded to south Division Street for a disturbance.

Units responded to South Division Street for an outstanding warrant for failure to report; Incurred new violent offense for a known individual.

An officer received an email referencing a female wanting to report a fraud.

December 17
An officer was dispatched on a burglary on Harcourt Road. A report was taken and is under further investigation.

December 18
An officer handled a call by telephone in reference to criminal mischief on East Pleasant Street, Mount Vernon, Ohio. The report will be sent to Prosecutor when it is completed.

December 19
an officer was dispatched to Howard Street in reference to vandalism. Upon arrival, the officer made contact with the complaint and determined her vehicle had been vandalized. Report taken.

Mark A. Muston was cited for changing lanes without safety.
Levi D. Erow was cited for driving onto road/duty to yield.

December 17
Angela R. Bosehart was cited for failure to control/weaving course.
Tera S. Kuhel-Schaade was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Randy L. Oswalt was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.

December 18
Tara L. Rutherford was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Kylie N. Elliott was charged with OVI – driving under the influence and .17 or more of alcohol per 210 liters of breath.
Joshua D. Mejia was cited for a red light.
Jennifer K. Robbins was cited for expired license plates.
