Unit Two was traveling south on South Mickley Street when Unit One pulled out in front of Unit Two from West South Street. Unit Two struck Unit One.
A complainant brought found property to the Sheriff’s Office, that was discovered during a residential search. The items were logged for destruction.
Unit 1 backed up on Apple Valley Boulevard, a one-way street, and hit Unit 2 in the front left corner.
Jesse McCloy was located and arrested on an outstanding warrant out of the Mount Vernon Municipal Court. McCloy was transported to the Knox County Jail where he was released to jail staff.
Deputies were advised of a protection order violation, the suspect, Maria K. Ely, was arrested and transported to jail.
