November 29
A deputy was dispatched to the Kenyon College Campus Safety Office to make contact with a student advising that he had been extorted out of money. Statements were collected and a report was written.
Unit 1 was traveling west on Howard-Danville road when Unit 1 swerved to avoid another vehicle. Unit 1 then left the roadway and struck a utility pole and come to its final rest in the ditch.
Unit 1 was traveling south on Zolman Road and struck a deer.
Complainants called the Knox County Sheriff’s Office to report that their apartment had been broken into and items were stolen. A report was filed and the case remains under investigation.
Complainants came to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office to file a report on a possible violation of a civil protection order. A report was filed and will be sent to the Mount Vernon City Law Directors Office for review.
Unit 1 was pulling out of a driveway on Danville-Jelloway Road. Unit 1 was turning left to go south toward the village of Danville. Unit 1 pulled into the path of southbound unit 2. Unit 2 then struck Unit 1 on the passenger side.

A complainant called and advised that she has a protection order against the suspect and he keeps driving by her the place she is staying.
