November 16
A Knox County Sheriff’s Deputy met with a complainant in the Sheriff’s Office lobby. The complainant told the deputy that someone from another state made transactions from her bank account without her knowledge or consent. A report was filed for the complainant.

November 17
Unit One was traveling east on Kenyon Road. A deer ran out in front of Unit One, causing Unit One to strike the deer.

November 18
A deputy located a vehicle abandoned in the parking lot of Ariel Foundation Park. The license plate that was located on the vehicle had been reported stolen to the BMV. The license plate was removed from the vehicle and taken to the Sheriff’s Office.

A deputy located a vehicle abandoned in the parking lot of Ariel Foundation Park. The vehicle was found to have been reported stolen out of Cleveland Police Department. Cleveland Police Department confirmed that the vehicle was stolen and the vehicle was inventoried and towed by On the Spot towing to their impound lot.

Deputies were traveling westbound on West High Street in the City of Mount Vernon, Ohio in Knox County. The deputies observed David Flowers and an unknown male getting into a gold Mazda sedan. Due to prior contact, they knew that David Flowers had a suspended driver’s license. A LEADS check was conducted on Flowers and was advised by dispatch that his driver’s license was suspended. The passenger gave officers his SSN that returned to Daniel Flowers and had a nationwide parole warrant attached to it. The deputies removed Daniel from the vehicle and placed him under arrest after dispatch verified the warrant. Daniel was placed in a patrol vehicle and transported to the Knox County Jail.

November 19
A suspect was located and arrested on an active warrant out of The Knox County Common Pleas. The suspect, Kelsey E. Kuhn Jr., was handcuffed making sure the handcuffs were gapped and double locked and transported to the Knox County Jail. Once at the jail Kuhn was released to the jail staff.

A suspect was located and arrested on an active warrant out of The Mount Vernon Municipal Court. The suspect, Seth M. A. Graves, was handcuffed making sure the handcuffs were gapped and double locked and transported to the Knox County Jail. Once at the jail the Graves was released to the jail staff.

Daniel E. Peters Jr. was stopped for speeding. Peters was found to be under the influence of alcohol and in possession of a firearm. The defendant was placed under arrest and transported to the Knox County Jail without incident.
