Much of our own tooling and equipment is engineered and manufactured in-house, including single- and multi-tube benders, CNC bending equipment, brazed product assembly equipment and plastic forming and assembly equipment. The utilization of Sanoh’s technology and experienced worldwide network allows Sanoh-America to excel in the ever-changing automotive market by adapting to the needs of our strategic business partners.
We are currently hiring for dependable and talented entry level Production Operators (Full Time & Part-Time for 2nd and 3rd Shifts) at our plant located in Mount Vernon, Ohio.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safe and efficient operation of production equipment and processes for which the associate has been qualified for
- Maintain and report all production, efficiency, scrap, and capability data daily, per the requirements of the job assigned
- Understand and adhere to all job instructions for any production process for which the associate has been qualified on or is training on
- Observe and support all Sanoh-America safety, housekeeping, and conduct policies
- Understand and maintain all quality specifications for all production processes for which the associate has been qualified on or for which they are being trained on
- Train for additional production processes, as required by supervisor or designee
- Train other Sanoh-America associates on any production process, as required by supervisor or designee
- Other tasks may be required as directed by Management.
Work Environment:
Hours: Monday – Friday
1st Shift: 6:30a – 2:30p
2nd Shift 2:30p – 10:30p
3rd Shift 10:30p – 6:30a
If Full-Time, must have the ability to work OT as required
- Our production facility is state of the art and climate controlled unlike many of the factories located in or around the Mount Vernon Area
- Personal Protective Equipment: Safety Glasses and Masks are the only requirements for our production environment (No steel toed boots, No hard hats/bump caps, No Respirators)
- Dress Code: No uniforms are required. Shorts & T-Shirts are acceptable as long as they comply with Sanoh-America standards.

Pay and Benefits:

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
- Must have the ability to understand and follow simple instructions from supervisors and trainers
- Must be able to pass a controlled substance drug screen and background check
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
