November 8
Unit 1 was traveling southeast on Newcastle Road and struck a deer at Lower Gambier Road.
Unit 1 was traveling east on Fredericktown Amity Road. The driver of Unit 1 fell asleep at the wheel and ran off the right side of the roadway, striking a ditch and overturning.
A deputy was dispatched to the location of Eldon Drive and Old Mansfield Road on an injured deer. The deputy arrived and dispatched the injured deer with their issued sidearm.
November 9
Deputies were dispatched on a report of an injured deer on Lower Gambier Road at the entrance to the Kokosing Gap Trail Canoe Access. The deer was located and dispatched. Notes were left with dispatch to give Parks and Recreation an opportunity to remove the deceased deer from the area.
A complainant called and advised an unknown person(s) stole her firearm from her purse.
