October 23
Unit 1 was driving west on Gilchrist Road near Carding Mill Road and struck a deer in the roadway causing disabling damage to Unit 1.

October 24
A complainant called the Knox County Sheriff’s Office to report that they had been a victim of a scam. A report was filed to document the incident.

A complainant advised her husband had damaged her vehicle and wanted a report on file for documentation.

A complainant came to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office to file a report about their estranged husband making threats to them, local businesses and local officials. A report was filed to document the incident.

A complainant advised someone had driven an all-terrain vehicle on his property without his permission. A report was made on the complainant’s behalf.

October 25
A deputy was patrolling in the area of Yankee Street and the Kokosing Wildlife Area. The deputy stopped to check on a vehicle that was parked near the back of one of the parking lots. While speaking with the occupants of the vehicle one was identified as Courtney Johnson. Johnson had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. Johnson was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Knox County Jail.
