September 21
A complainant stated that a non-offense victim had stated that he wanted to harm himself with a knife.
A complainant reported that sometime overnight, person(s) unknown removed items from his company-owned vehicle.
September 22
Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Coshocton Road west of Monroe Mills Road. The deputies conducted an investigation and located cash, narcotics and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle, Casey A. Arck, was placed under arrest and transported to the Knox County Jail. The involved vehicle was placed into impound at the Knox County Sheriff’s Office.
