Did you know Main Street Mount Vernon has a new Honoring Local Heroes Banner Program? Introduced in July, the Hometown Heroes Banners honor community members that have been heroic over the past year.
Looking forward to November, Main Street prepares for our 2021 Veterans Day Banner Program. Current United States Armed Forces Service men & women as well as honorably discharged Veterans who currently live, or have lived in Knox County are eligible to be honored. This year, the program will run from November 10-November 25.
