Daley eventually lost control and crashed his vehicle. Daley was transported by the Emergency Squad to KCH where, after treatment, he was arrested and taken to the Knox County Jail. OSP responded to handle the crash report. Officers discovered that after Daley had been issued the first citation, he had gone to his residence on East Main Street and allegedly was involved in some sort of physical altercations with family members.
