Offenses

July 8
Units were dispatched to an apartment on Shirley Avenue in reference to a domestic disturbance. Witnesses advised that a male slammed a female who was holding a baby with a car door. A warrant was issued for Arlie Thomas for domestic violence and assault.

July 9
An employee at Star Brite reported that a 2000 Lincoln Continental with the license plate JBP2064 has been parked/abandoned for several days. A 72-hour wait was placed on the vehicle and an officer had no luck getting ahold of the owner by phone or having a deputy making personal contact on the day that they requested the vehicle be removed from the property on Coshocton Avenue. Blubaugh’s Body and Frame were contacted to remove the vehicle. It was taken to their impound yard. A vehicle inventory sheet was completed.

An officer responded to a vandalism complaint at the Kroger Fuel Station on Coshocton Avenue.

July 10
While on patrol in the area of North Mulberry Street, a subject with a warrant was identified. A foot chase and struggle ensued. Several summonses were issued to Christopher J. P. Trice.

Michael D. Hayes was cited for child support suspension.

July 9
Russell J. Kennedy was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Shawn A. Caudill was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

July 10
Shane A. Brown was cited for driving under an FRA suspension.
Yung J. Alley was cited for right of way when turning left.
Jonathan R. Flack was cited for expired license plates.

July 11
Nathan Parke was cited for fictitious plates.
Katelyn Swartzfager was cited for changing lanes without safety.
Jarod A. Betcher was cited for red light.
Norman W. Harris was cited for driving under the influence. .17 or more of alcohol per 210 liters of breath and driving under OVI suspension.
