Offenses

April 14
An officer was dispatched to Walmart on Coshocton Avenue in reference to a theft. Nothing further at this time.

April 15

Officers were dispatched to Upper Gilchrist Road on a report of a male that appeared to be intoxicated.  Contact was made with Joshua DeVore, who had and was arrested for an outstanding warrant.  A report was taken.
An officer responded to Walmart in reference to a shoplifting complaint. The complainant indicated that a male was inside the store concealing items into various book bags before leaving the store. The male, Zachariah J. Carpenter, was located a short time later and arrested. Carpenter is being charged with theft and was transported to the Knox County Jail without incident.

April 17
An officer responded to a vandalism complaint on South Park Street.

April 18
Latashia N. Shellenbarger was arrested on an active arrest warrant after a complaint was made about a suspicious person call at Foundation Park. Shellenbarger was transported to the Knox County Jail and released into their custody. A report was filed.

Roy C. Williams was cited for right of way when turning left.
Dale T. Johnson was cited for changing lanes without safety.
Robert A. Snow Jr. was cited for driving under suspension.

April 15
Jacob R. McQueen was charged with possessing drug abuse instruments and possession of drugs.
Jeffrey L. Kidd was cited for exhaust system required and driving under an FRA suspension.
Sherri E. Hess was cited for fictitious plates.
Misty L. Hogan was cited for driving under an FRA suspension.

April 17
Kayler B. Davis was cited for changing lanes without safety.
Margaret F. Parker was cited for right of way at intersections.
Brian K. Hunter was cited for driving under an FRA suspension.

April 18
Michael A. Rule was cited for improper turn/failure to signal a turn.
