CH410, CH411, and R415 were dispatched at 6:14 pm on Saturday to Yankee Street, just east of Roberts Road on the report of a one vehicle rollover crash into the creek with entrapment.The vehicle glass was cut by EMS personnel to gain access to the patient that was trapped in the SUV that was resting partly in the creek. Firefighters assisted EMS in moving the patient to the medic unit. Due to the extent of injuries, a medical helicopter was dispatched to the scene.
Crews secured the LZ for MedFlight to land just southwest of the scene. 

Firefighters remained on scene for an extended period of time to assist in lighting the scene for the Ohio State Highway Patrol to investigate the crash and the towing service to recover the vehicle.
Crews were back in quarters by 8:16 pm.
