Yearly Fish Survey at Pleasant Hill Lake



Fish biologist in northwest Ohio recently conducted their yearly fish survey at Pleasant Hill Lake. This electrofishing survey focused on evaluating the saugeye population to determine the success of stocking efforts.

Several other species were also caught during the survey, including a large muskie. Pleasant Hill Lake is located in Richland and Ashland counties between Malabar Farm State Park and Mohican State Park and is well known for its excellent fishing opportunities. #wildohio #fishohio
