A Complainant stated that he attempted to purchase a dog over the Internet and was scammed out of $3250.00. He sent the money and never got the dog and the seller was giving him the runaround. The had contacted the local police agency where the money had been sent and was advised to file a fraud report with the Sheriff’s Department so that they could open a fraud investigation. A report was taken on September 14th, 2020.

A Complainant advised that there have been ongoing issues with his house-mate who has been threatening to damage his property. The Complainant’s car stopped working and he is concerned that his house-mate tampered with it. Statements were taken and a report was made for documentation on September 14th, 2020.

A Victim stated that her identity was stolen and used to apply for a credit card. A report was taken on September 14th, 2020.

A Victim reported the theft of a bicycle on September 14th, 2020.

A Victim reported credit card fraud. A report was filed on September 14th, 2020.

A Representative of TD Petroleum/Fuel Mart advised of found drug paraphernalia. The item was collected and placed into evidence to be destroyed on September 14th, 2020.

A Complainant advised that there was an abandoned vehicle on their property. A 48-hour wait was previously placed on the vehicle starting on September 11th, 2020. The last known registered owner was unable to be located or contacted. The vehicle was towed from the property by Mike’s Marathon on September 14th, 2020

A Complainant advised that he had his identity compromised and a loan opened in his name without his permission on September 14th, 2020.
