After exhausting all of our options to have as much of a fair as possible it is with great regret that we inform the public that the 2020 Hartford Independent Fair will only consist of Jr. Fair activities. The latest order from the Ohio Dept. of Health and Governor’s office does not give us the option to proceed as we had planned a week ago. This means there will be NO Sr Fair events such as grandstand entertainment, no rides, no vendors, no arts and crafts, no tractor displays, camping will be limited to only Jr. Fair families. The Harness racing will continue Friday and Saturday as scheduled and the modified Jr. Fair schedule will go on as planned. There will be 10-15 concession trailers to provide food to the Jr. Fair families. We appreciate the patience from our fair family as we have tried to work thru this COVID-19 pandemic and the ever-changing orders that have been put in place by the Ohio Dept. of Health.
