A Complainant reported that his trailer was stolen on February 1st, 2020.
A Complainant advised that his trailer had been taken without permission from Coshocton Road on July 1st, 2020.
Vincent Mastracco, of Canton, was issued a summons in lieu of arrest after he was zeroing a rifle and a bullet damaged a nearby home on March 16th, 2020.
