Knox County Sheriff’s Report – Mar 09, 2020

A Complainant advised that someone had cut approximately five trees from his property without his permission on March 8th, 2020.
Matthew Wolfe, of Granville, was charged with disorderly conduct and cited for possession of a controlled substance on March 7th, 2020.
Wendall Cox, of Mount Vernon, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and assault on March 6th, 2020.
Michael Ball, of Howard, was located and arrested on several outstanding warrants issued out of the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on March 6th, 2020.
A Complainant reported that someone attempted to get into her locked vehicle causing damage to the passenger window on March 5th, 2020.
While investigating a burglary complaint, Deputies located stolen property. The owner of the property was located and advised that the items were stolen from his vehicle sometime overnight. The stolen property was returned to the owner on March 5th, 2020.
A Complainant advised that Michael Ball, of Howard, had broken the window to the front door and entered his residence. The Complainant advised that Ball made threats toward him and then left the residence. Ball was later located, arrested and transported to the Knox County Jail on March 6th, 2020.
