A developing storm system over the Ohio Valley will bring snow and wind to the area Wednesday into Wednesday night. Rain will change to snow with heaviest snow potential over NW Ohio. Heavy lake effect snow will become likely Thursday through Saturday for the primary and may secondary Snowbelt areas.
