A complainant advised that there was an injured deer on the roadside that had been struck by a vehicle and needed to be dispatched on February 7th, 2020.
Michael Snyder, of Mount Vernon, was picked up under warrant issued out of the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on February 6, 2020.
