Eating Healthy on Thanksgiving



Tomorrow is a day centered around food – yes, also family and gratitude – but food usually steals the spotlight. If you go into the day with the goal to eat healthy and a plan of action, you’re more likely to be successful. Diabetics have even more incentive to make wise choices and eat healthy. If you overindulge, don’t beat yourself up, just make a plan to get back on track.
