Parliamentary Procedure FFA Team Competes in Career Development Event

Novice A team: Courtney Mays, Allic Ashcraft, Sammie Pearce, Zoe Mock, Lilly Casner, Jak Neeley, Mack Hannah, Leah Gourley
The FFA Parliamentary Procedure Team recently competed in the County FFA Parliamentary Procedure Career Development Event.  The event was held at the Fredericktown Administrative building on November 14th.   Participants in the event develop leadership skills and learn to effectively participate in business meetings.  The competition includes a written exam, the presentation of certain motions, and evaluation of the official meeting minutes recorded by the team secretary.
The chapter had 3 teams compete.  All 3 teams earned a silver rating.  Novice A and Novice B teams both placed 4th.  The Advanced Parliamentary Procedure team placed 5th.
