Knox County, OH – The Teen Advisory Council of Knox County, in partnership with the Knox County Board of Developmental Disabilities is hosting a photography contest for Knox County students in grades 6th-12th.   The contest creates a voice for Knox County middle and high school students and encourages critical dialogue about important issues that impact Knox County.

Students may submit photos related to any/all of the following categories; Diversity, Childhood, History, Hope, Despair, Imagination (digitally assisted), Everyday Heroes and Inclusion. All photos must be taken within Knox County to be considered.

Photo submissions must be received no later than November 1, 2019. One finalist will be chosen in each category. Students may submit one photo in each category for consideration. Eight finalists will be placed on Knox DD’s Facebook page on November 15, 2019, for public voting to determine the overall winners. Voting will close at midnight on November 30, 2019.
