JOB DESCRIPTION:
Anytime Fitness of Ohio is an Impact Brands company. Currently servicing approximately 20,000 customers per month. Impact Brands is one of the fastest-growing medium-sized businesses in the state of Ohio. Additionally, Anytime Fitness has been rated as the #1 Top Global Franchise by Entrepreneur Magazine for the last several years. There are currently a total of over 4,600 locations globally for our members to use. Our group currently owns and operates 18 area locations and has aggressive growth plans to roll out 5 more locations this year. We are now looking for a highly motivated individual to help manage our member’s usage and experience.

To be considered for this position you must be a self-starter, have a positive attitude, be a good motivator and coach. This position takes responsibility for ensuring our members are staying engaged with our facility and their goals.
· Manage customer retention.
· Maintain a high level of customer service through building relationships with members.
· Administration of our Health Coach program.
· Delinquent account management.
· Execute weekly Equipment Orientations.
· Help maintains a clean and inviting environment for members.
· Maintain quality assurance for the Personal Training Department.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
· Have a great attitude and desire to help others achieve their goals.
· Strong customer service skills.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Basic Microsoft Word/Excel skills.
