Tomorrow, we are hosting an annual disaster exercise from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. The exercise will take place at Kokosing Construction in Fredericktown and will involve fire, EMS and law enforcement agencies responding to a simulated release of hazardous materials.
You will have the opportunity to participate as well through social media. We are going to be giving video, information and updates online much as we would during a real-life situation. All messages and broadcasts will begin with “This is an exercise.” We encourage you to share these updates and images with your family and friend like you would during a real event as well, however, we do ask that you leave the “This is an exercise.” as part of the post.
