Scott A Woodworth of Baltimore, Ohio, was arrested for OVI (operating a vehicle impaired) and held without bond due to multiple convictions on his driving record. A complainant stated that Woodworth was driving all over the road from Mount Liberty. The incident occurred on June 5th, 2018.
