Upchurch and Fields Arrested

On November 27th Knox County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested two local men on felony charges of Pandering Obscenity Involving a Minor. Detective Dan Bobo initiated the two separate investigations that involved the suspects downloading and sharing child pornography.
