Knox County Sheriff’s Report – Oct 16, 2017

Richard R Miller, of Utica, was arrested and charged with multiple misdemeanors on October 13th, 2017.
Shannon N Firth, Whereabouts Unknown, was arrested on an outstanding warrant on Harcourt Road in Mount Vernon on October 14th, 2017.
A victim, of the 500 block of Newark Road in Mount Vernon, reported a battery from her Scottyboat aluminum boat was stolen. The boat was docked at the Knox Lake Marina at the time of the theft. The incident happened between September 30th and October 14th, 2017.
A victim, of the 900 block of Terrace View Drive in Howard, advised that unknown person(s) removed three yard decorations from her property sometime between 11:00 PM October 14th and 8:00 AM October 15th, 2017. The victim also reported suspicious activity that occurred between October 11th and October 13th, 2017.
Steven T Willet, of Martinsburg, was arrested and taken to the Knox County Jail for assault on October 15th, 2017.
