was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead on August 17th 2017.
Prescott Petizia, 25, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for headlight on vehicles on August 18th 2017.
James Stimpert, 21, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for no operator’s license and for expired or unlawful license plates on August 18th 2017.
Richard Henderson, 36, of Mount Vernon,
was picked up under warrant on August 18th 2017.
