Tylena Lewis, 23, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for driving under an FRA suspension on March 20th 2017.
Lisa Gregg, 47, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with theft on March 20th 2017.
Darryl Shipp, 53, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for driving under suspension on March 20th 2017.
