Knox County Sheriff’s Report – Mar 21 2017

Kelsey V Pike, of Gambier, was arrested on an active warrant out of the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on March 21st 2017.
David A Downey, of Marysville, was arrested for trespassing on March 20th 2017.
Two victims, of the 2000 block of Apple Valley Drive in Howard, reported that when they returned home they noticed items were missing from the house. There were no signs of forced entry to the house on March 20th 2017.
A victim, of the 100 block of Clearview Drive in Mount Vernon, reported that someone broke into her storage unit and took several items on December 1st 2016.
A victim, of the 17000 block of Lucerne Road in Fredericktown, reported that she was checking on a property to be sure the gas and furnace were in operation when she discovered the garage door was open. A section of glass was missing from the back door. The victim advised that there was nothing missing on March 13th 2017.
The Knox County Highway Department was contacted regarding multiple trash bags that were dumped on the side of the roadway on January 1st 2017.
A resident, of the 16000 block of Paige Road in Mount Vernon, reported a suspicious vehicle on March 20th 2017. The vehicle was found to be reported stolen out of Millersburg, Ohio.
