Parking Complaints
On 2/6 DPD received parking complaint of vehicle on S. Cedar Street.
On 2/7 DPD received parking complaint of vehicle at S. Market & Orchard Streets.
Suicide Threat
On 2/7 DPD responded to E. Washington St. on person saying they wanted to harm themselves. Officer had a Behavioral Health Partner speak with the individual and it was determined individual presented no harm to self.
On 2/8 DPD responded to S. Market St. on person saying they wanted to harm themselves. Person agreed to be transported to KCH for evaluation.
Dog/Animal
On 2/8 DPD responded to E. Main St. where what appeared to be a black Australian Shepard with red had been struck by a vehicle. Upon officer’s arrival, the dog was deceased.
Theft
On 2/8 DPD took a report on theft of an X-Box game system on Richards Street.
Civil in Nature
On 2/8 DPD handled a call civil-in-nature on E. Washington Street.
Assist
On 2/8 DPD assisted a motorist on Danville-Amity Road.
On 2/8 DPD assisted OSP on Danville-Amity Rd. @ Rodmick St. due to an auto crash closing down the road about two hours.
Charges
On 2/8 DPD filed charges on Jonathan McConaha-Becher age 19 of Danville for Unauthorized Use. This charge stemmed from an investigation of a Vehicle Theft case 12/22/16 on W. Washington Street.
On 2/8 DPD filed charges on Michael Daley age 22 of Danville for Duty to Register. This charge stemmed from an investigation of incident reported 1/31/17 on E. Main Street.
