Christina Courts, 24, of Utica,
was charged with theft on November 30th 2016.
Renee Custer, 32, of Howard,
was charged with theft on December 7th 2016.
Russell Copeland, 33, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with a probation violation on December 7th 2016.
Stephen Byus, 56, of Lexington,
was cited for expired or unlawful license plates on December 8th 2016.
Destiney Keener, 25, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for operator/chauffeur license required and right of way in crosswalk on December 8th 2016.
