Law Enforcement Recruitment Grants Target Women, Minority Officers

(COLUMBUS) – Ohio law enforcement agencies seeking to improve their recruitment, selection, and retention of women and minority officers can apply for a 2021 Office of Law Enforcement Recruitment (LER) Fund grant starting today.

Mosquito Spraying Schedule

7/30/2021 – Residents can request to not have their property sprayed if their area is scheduled for an upcoming date by calling Nate Overholt at 740-392-2200 Ext. 2228 or submit your request by e-mail to eh@knoxhealth.com.

Knox Public Health will provide spraying for mosquitos this week on the following date(s) and locations:

  • Tuesday, August 3            Fredericktown
  • Wednesday, August 4       Centerburg; Mount Liberty
  • Thursday, August 5           Danville; Brinkhaven

If the spraying is cancelled due to inclement weather, this will be rescheduled.
