Offenses

March 15
•An officer was dispatched to a residence on Plaza Drive. A report was taken for found property.

•Officers responded to a disturbance at Ariel Foundation Park. A male suspect left the area prior to law enforcement’s arrival. He was located shortly after, near Kroger. A traffic stop was made on the male’s vehicle and contact was made with him referencing the incident at Ariel. This report is under investigation. Nothing further at this time.

March 16
•An officer was dispatched to the area of 1500 Coshocton Avenue in reference to a theft complaint. A report was taken for documentation purposes.

March 18
•An officer received a call about a theft on Shirley Avenue.

•An officer was dispatched to Walmart on a theft. The subject was issued a summons. Nothing further at this time.

•An officer was dispatched to Ames Street for a disturbance.

•An officer responded to Briar Wood Drive for a window that was broken out of a parked vehicle. A report was taken for the broken window and missing items.

•Officers responded to Marion Street in reference to an inactive disturbance. The complainant reported that she was pushed by her ex-fiance while in a verbal argument. A report was taken and will be forwarded to the City Law Director for review.

•Victor J. Orndorff was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

March 17
•Nicholas Leitenberger was cited for driving under an FRA suspension.
•Destiny A. Davis was cited for failure to display license plates.
•Keegan J. Gouglass was cited for expired license plates.
•Mason R. Chapman was cited for driving under an FRA suspension.
•Aaron M. Heimerl was cited for driving under an FRA suspension and expired license plates.

March 18
•Katherine Bonnette was charged with possession of drugs.
•Jeffrey Cunningham was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
•Michael L. Blackburn was cited for operator/chauffeur license required.

March 19
•James. M. Bunzey was cited for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
•Nicole M. Webb was cited for driving under suspension/revocation.
