You can reduce your risk by knowing what health factors may be of concern, eating healthy, staying active, monitoring weight, living tobacco-free, managing your health conditions, taking your medicine as prescribed, and being a team player for your provider by scheduling an appointment on Saturday, February 11th, for a 20-Minute Heart Check.

On Tuesday, February 21st, at 6 pm, you can learn more about the risk of Heart Failure and how Exercise can play a pivotal role in reducing your risk of further complications.
