The Knox Court of Common Pleas has entered a permanent injunction against Christopher Beckholt and Thunder Brothers Productions from holding musical events at a property off of Waterford Road.
This summer, after Beckholt held concerts at the property in violation of Middlebury Township zoning, Prosecutor McConville sued on behalf of the Zoning Inspector. The Court granted a temporary injunction in August, and issued a permanent injunction last week.
The order prohibits Beckholt from violating the zoning with events that include live music or camping. “This is a win for Middlebury Township residents who enjoy their peace and quiet,” Prosecutor McConville said.
The Court will maintain jurisdiction over the case to enforce the order.
