The pantries in Knox County are offered at a variety of locations at various times during any week. Some are store locations while others are offered through churches.

Center of Hope
Center of Hope (COH) provides fresh and healthy foods to individuals and families in rural Ohio, including to households located in Knox and surrounding Counties. The Bladensburg Center of Hope location has a free food market where customers can shop for fresh and healthy foods. Center of Hope has mobile locations throughout the county so they can be convenient for anyone. Additional food programs are available to seniors who qualify. All customers must pre-register and meet income guidelines to receive food. COH provides a chaplain service, if needed, and a Care Team can assist with other needs or make referrals to other community services.

Knox County is blessed to have a couple “take what you need” organizations. They are extremely valuable for persons and families who need a meal to get by until the end of the month. School-age children especially appreciate this type of help.
